What we are and aren't
Blacksburg Gutter Guards is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.
Before signing anything, look up the company on DPOR's License Lookup, ask for a certificate of liability insurance, and get a written contract that names the guard brand, gutter size, warranty and payment schedule. Virginia's Board for Contractors suggests a down payment of around 10 percent of the contract price.
